Dr. Geoffroy is currently a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair on Youth Suicide Prevention and Mental Health, and Professor in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology (School and Applied Child Psychology Program), with Associate Membership in the Department of Psychiatry at McGill University.  She is known for her longitudinal research on youth suicide and for testing mental health promotion intervention.
